I'm E-jay Ecklund, I'm a Tactical Strength & Conditioning Coach with the U.S Army's H2F Program. I've spent time coaching in the private sector with both atheletes and general population clientele. A majority of my career has been with the tactical population first as an Volunteer with 7th SFG in Florida, and eventually the H2F Pilot Program which has lead me to my current role as a Tactical S&C Coach.
