Helped train the next generation of physicians from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and Des Moines College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Interviewed prospective research technicians, met with vendors, organized lab meetings, ordered lab supplies, troubleshot experiments for lab members, taught graduate students and fellows, assisted in the writing of NIH grants, met with patients, their physicians, pathologists and research staff to coordinate the procurement of human tissue for four labs.

Performed experiments relating to infertility and fibroid research, ordered supplies, attended research symposiums, poster presentations and lectures, worked in the IVF/Andrology clinic performing in-vitro fertilization procedures such as IVF, ICSI and PGD, met with patients on a daily basis to obtain their consent to use their tissues for our research.

Performed various duties for the Denison University Department of Chemistry including setting up lab apparatuses, ordering supplies, updating department databases, and answering questions pertaining to labs. Main focus was General Chemistry II and Organic Chemistry II.

Main focus was the molecular pathway leading to breast cancer. Performed experiments for assistant research professors. Became familiar with how breast cancer arises in the body, and the drugs available for treatment.
