Partner with Athens Site Leadership Team to develop a site-wide strategy and approach to PE/LEAN deployment. Drive site in implementing PE/LEAN philosophy (i.e. process management, measures and improvement). Provide an effective approach for site level direction and consultation on PE/LEAN project selection, project scopes, and methods and results during project development and implementation. Maintain a PE/LEAN project selection criteria that aligns improvement projects with business strategy and goals. Work with Finance to verify and validate project savings. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of standard processes that ensure quality targets are achieved or exceeded.

Accountable for the development, improvement, and execution of business continuity processes in support of sustained service for banking customer relationships maintained within and across multiple business units. Develop the enterprise standards for Significant Event Response and Communication procedures and ensure full integration of internal processes and linkage to best practices. Optimize organizational methodologies related to mitigation of Critical Application RTO and RTC gaps, as well as reconciliation of RPO and RPC. Assess existing organizational processes and assist in development of business improvement strategies to address identified opportunities for increased efficiency.

Directed the operations of the satellite academy for the Americas responsible for the development and deployment of Process Excellence training program materials (including development and delivery of Alumni Development modules) and ensured alignment of all workshops and capability levels with global corporate standards. Deployed and continuously improved the facilitation and coaching skill development programs. Coached and mentored Green Belt and Black Belt candidates in Maersk Line, Maersk Drilling, Safmarine, and APM Terminals in the concepts, mechanics, and application of the Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise philosophy and discipline in support of over 600 belt candidates reaching certification.
