As a field organizer, I coordinated voter contact efforts with numerous local and statewide community organizations to secure healthcare access for 200,000+ Missourians. I generated tactics for volunteer recruitment, retention, and management, and I corresponded with more than 100 local election authorities in order to compile data on more than 3,000 updated polling locations to help shape the campaign's election day strategy. I also facilitated more than 50 phonebanks and volunteer training sessions.
