Shortly thereafter, he became Controller of this subsidiary and subsequently was elected Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer, an Executive Officer position, a position he held from 2005 when the Company split off from its parent company and went public, being listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange (trading symbol OFLX), until his retirement in May 2008. He was also Treasurer of the Company's subsidiaries, Omega Flex, Ltd. in the UK since its inception in 2001, and Exton Ranch, Inc., a domestic subsidiary, since its inception in 2003.During that period of time, Omega Flex, Inc. grew over 10 times, from a $7.0M subsidiary just emerging from its entrepreneurial beginnings to a $74.5M publicly-traded company.
