Global Manager Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. Managing the global QHSE department ( 48 FTE ).The team consists of quality, quality control, safety/marine safety, continuous improvement, environmental, compliance, and sustainability personnel. Several operational coaches are part of our team and are deployed on our vessels and sites worldwide. The QHSE teams are located in the Netherlands, Australia and Malaysia. The Manager QHSE advises Allseas’ management team on policy, legislation, technical advice and trends in developments regarding QHSE issues and assumes the role of deputy Designated Person Ashore (DPA). Responsible for maintaining ISM, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Acting as corporate representative regarding QHSE and Sustainability matters towards regulators, clients and others.

HSSE CommitteeOur aimThe aim of the HSSE Committee is to share experience and information to promote good working practices in the areas of Health, Safety, Security and the Environment.Our activitiesSafety has been at the centre of our work since our early beginnings in 1972, starting in the Diving Sector and expanding to all areas of Marine Contracting. Our activities are therefore broad ranging and cover all safety aspects of our industry sector. Our Committee has been instrumental in bringing together leading HSE professionals over a long period of time. The Committee addresses improvements and best practices across all health, safety, marine security and operational environmental subjects and continues to make a significant contribution to keeping our industry safe.Our Safety Flash system is highly successful in quickly informing our whole membership with details of safety incidents that are shared by our members for the benefit of everyone in our industry.
