Key Skills and Qualifications:- Strategic Leadership: Collaborates with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to ensure the successful execution of the association’s strategic plan and alignment with operational objectives.- Project Management: Oversees large-scale projects and key initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder collaboration across departments, including education, marketing, and conference planning.- Governance & Board Relations: Manages all aspects of Board of Directors communications, including meeting logistics, minutes, new board onboarding, and policy updates.- Operational Excellence: Ensures the seamless operation of association initiatives by managing key processes such as policy review, external collaborations, and contract negotiations.- Member Engagement & Volunteer Leadership: Works closely with volunteer committee chairs and chapter leaders, strengthening member engagement through education, research, and leadership opportunities.
