Management• Led the development and production support teams for an outsourced tax and human resources compliance offering focused on the administration of the federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and other American Governments tax incentives.• During the time in the position, the team grew from 10 to 22 developers (cross-functional and interacting in a daily basis with US and India) demonstrating the trust and confidence of the project's Senior Management.• Acted as a liaison between the internal client and development team.Leadership• Worked on talent management of direct reports spread across multiple Scrum Teams, providing large scale SaaS applications to multiple ADP Clients.• Team building and leadership of associate’s performance assessment, career coaching, conflict management efforts, and financial controls like headcount, overtime, on-call support, training, merit, and promotion.• Beyond, I am mentor of several current leads in the company, straight report to the ADP Labs’ Director, and I was part of the senior leadership board that take strategic decisions to the whole ADP Labs.Products, Processes & Technologies• Managed an enterprise application based on SOA, SaaS, and Web, responsible for all the ADP Tax Credits business and services.• The solutions comprised two products, Vista and Orbis, in two technological platforms and multiple release environments.• Drove rapid shift to agile development resulting in user-oriented roadmaps and a steady cadence of significant product advances. Scrum and Kanban methodologies applied in different phases and teams with all the ceremonies and artifacts, including global and cross-functional teams.• Conducted the team and product transitions from a structured programming development to object oriented development.• And recently finished and delivered full migration and implementation for Orbis, completing a cycle of 6 years in the process of rewrite and migrate full components and assets.

• Led a new project, IMPACT, and new team building, Synergy, acting as the main interface between US and Brazil team (9 developers), working closely with both senior and project management on: - setting project priorities, expectations, road-map planning, strategic initiatives, partner integration, resource and infrastructure management. - Also closely with several different IT areas due to the heavy integration required by the application. - * IMPACT, an application used by Major Accounts for the implementation of key products, reducing an average time of product implementation phases from months to days.• Active participated in full application stack, from backend to UI; business requirement gathering, technical design, UX, verbiages, environment configuration, deployment, database design, penetration test, development, certification, documentation and client support.• Agile methodology (Scrum) applied from the beginning with all the ceremonies and artifacts. - Acted as Scrum Coach for the team and worked as Scrum Master. - It is the first experience of Scrum teams at ADP Brazil and ADP Labs.• Technologies: PHP, Oracle, OOD, Zend MVC framework.

• Led the successful unification of a varied and fragmented bundle of products (databases, technologies and applications) into a unique ERP product for Cable NET TV company. Drove implementation phase and training sessions for dozens of branches/Cities during 3 years’ period.• Web application development of a new ERP product using the Progress framework for web applications (responsible for all software foundation for ADP Brazil), another 3 years’ project. Responsible for the analysis in the system and data migrations.
