Mr. Elias Patrick is an Executive Vice President with CognitiveG Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Patrick focuses his efforts on capital raising for alternative investment managers with niche and non-correlated strategies.Prior to joining CognitiveG Capital Partners, Mr. Patrick was a Senior Associate in the advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), one of the ‘Big Four’ globally ranked accounting firms where he was responsible for preparing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) readiness reviews for pre- and post- IPO clients. Mr. Patrick’s responsibilities also included planning, staffing, and executing process and control testing projects, as well as post system implementation reviews for ERP, HR, and Payroll systems.Mr. Patrick also has an extensive background in external audit and risk assessment. At KPMG LLP, prior to Mr. Patrick’s employment at PwC, he played an instrumental role in executing a complex carve out of an oil and gas division of a publicly traded $120B multinational conglomerate, as well as creating a nationally implemented policy for the Federal Audit practice of KPMG LLP in Washington, D.C.Mr. Patrick earned a BS and MS in Accounting from The Catholic University of America in 2015 and 2016 respectively. In 2024 Mr. Patrick graduated from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business with an MBA (STEM Designation) concentrating in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). While at Darden Mr. Patrick co-chaired the tutoring service, providing essential resources to over 700 of his peers and classmates. Additionally, while at Darden he authored two academic cases on ESG and forever chemicals.Mr. Patrick is an avid world traveler, sailor, and scuba diver.
