Assumed all application development management responsibilities from the position held at HFR Asset Management. Extended business applications management servicing HFRAM, Riverside Portfolio Management and Hedge Fund Research providing vision, leadership and guidance of appropriate technology, potential risk and issue resolution.

Functioned as liaison between business units and internal technology team. Managed peer group business process and application development including architecture, infrastructure, design, reengineering, testing, release, training and analysis. Worked in conjunction with senior management to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions in accordance with company strategies and guidelines. Executed program life cycle to its completion. Consulted overall IT strategies and initiatives. Managed vendor relation, software procurement and outsourcing conciliation. Supported client services and marketing in assisting high profile institutional clients and prospects with customized access, product, report and analysis.

Primary responsibilities include leading a small team in full life cycle software development, quality assurance, design and analysis, time management, and customer interaction on site and/or remotely for enterprise clients, Motorola and DuPont.
