As a new non-profit, we did not know what we needed to know to form a legal organization and define our legal parameters. From the first moment Peter jumped in, led the work, and made sure every aspect of our work was covered and accounted for. Not only did Peter compose thorough and comprehensive by-laws and partnership agreements, he was proactive in making sure our mobile app had the appropriate user agreements and that our brand was protected. We would not be the organization we are today, and probably would not exist as a legal entity today (!), without Peter. Along with Peter's dogged-determination to represent our organization in all legal matters, he also brings an infectious passion and positive energy to our mission and work. Peter believes in what we are doing, believes in the people of Boston, and believes that we can work together to bring about transformative change. It is rare to have that much passion combined with legal expertise - it inspires all of us and is great to have at the forefront of our organization! Virtually every day Peter is promoting UCB, networking our model with organizations and thought-partners, and helping us craft our message and impact.
