Manage all enquiries from potential customers with regards to programmes offered by college.Provide professional consultation to help students make the best decision for their learning and development.Attend to all programme enquires and carry out counselling sessions.Adhere to registration process, including funding related matters.

Responsible for planning and managing all operational activities with a large focus on scheduling, planning and customer service. Report to the Director, but work closely with other members of the team in performing the role. Responsible for managing and developing a team of 20+ instructors and support staffs.
