Architecture, design and development of Molotov.Tv backend services platform (microservices with multiple technologies, mainly Go).Led the team effort to ensure a successful release of the product in July '16 under very tight deadlines and high pressure environment. Technical leading since then to design and develop a modern micro services architecture while trafic massively increased along the way. The platform exposes multiple endpoints for public consumption by around 15 different client apps on various devices (from smartphones to large tvs) and contains a lot of internal services to offer a full featured TV experience to our customers (live, VOD, replays, nPVR, social, recommendation, tracking, etc...).Architecture and development of a full fledged data analysis / tracking platform in relation with the data science team.Setup of a full set of monitoring/alerting tools in relation with the infra team to ensure a maximal quality of service and uptime for the platformDirect management of a team of 10-12 engineers all working on various aspects of our backend platform (public APIs, data ingestion, private APIs and back office, video workflows...). Worked on different IPTV services, especially on VOD, SVOD and catchup platforms (CanalPlay, MyCanal..).- Developement and maintenance of one of the first TVOD app for the french market on a large number of STBs and devices (Bouygues box, CanalSat decoder, TNT receivers, BluRay players...) in C# with a homemade javascript navigation, UI and device management framework.- Design and developement of a new data architecture for the VOD platform based on Elasticsearch + Redis to power a full stack of REST web services and provide data to various apps inside Canal+ aswell as expose the live CanalPlay catalog to different consumers.- Work on different key features for VOD and SVOD services such as electronic payment (through CB and wire transfer), device embedded video players, DRM implementation, log management, specific marketing needs for commercial operations...
