Specialize in the installation, termination, splicing, and testing of Corning Cable Systems’ fiberoptic products to ensure optimal support for internal and external customers.Serve as a fiber optic instructor to assist students, with different levels of fiber optic familiarity,gain more knowledge and experience in the proper use and handling of equipment.Conduct off-site and on-site support work including those under warranty to ensure customersatisfaction.Routinely assist customers with troubleshooting, questions, or problems with productsvia the Technical Support Line.Provide assistance, training, or direct supervision of contractors to ensure proper installation,splicing, termination, and/or testing of fiber optic systems.Serve as Project Leader by coordinating, executing, and budget expenses of an assigned fiberoptic field project including completing final documentation of the project.
