However, I must admit that food is a big passion of mine. Its my favorite moving meditation.. Choosing a recipe, or just exploring and letting the kitchen speak to me, searching for spices and tools I'll need, being flexible to what I actually have, and ultimately enjoying the end result. Cooking is way more forgiving than baking (it's a science after all), and I find that it strengthens my values of being tenacious, flexible, and open to growth.
