Founded Breakmark Education to facilitate better opportunities for students and educational institutions. It provides a unique nexus between students, partners and universities in both the United States and in India to develop meaningful relationships.

Established an educational support company that provides corporate and student training, university placements, US study tours and support services in the United States and India. In charge of operations in India including program development, school relations and business development.

Advised companies, schools and non-profits organizations on how to develop effective policies and procedures in the areas of corporate social responsibility, child sexual abuse and workplace sexual harassment. Training leadership teams and employees in creating a positive and constructive workplace environment. Executing both internal programs and external partnerships towards real and meaningful change.

Part of the executive leadership team that launched AISFM, a non-profit, which now offers the first degrees in film and media in India. Worked within very limited budgets, under tight timelines to build and maintain facilities at an international standard.

Led the integration and coordination of internal operating functions as part of the executive leadership team. Represented the organization and built partnerships with federal and local agencies, other non-profits, and schools to support WSF’s programs, including a landmark federal pilot education reform program.
