My motivation and energy comes from having a meaningful impact on the lives and wellbeing of others.Through a breadth of education and experience from the Healthcare and Hospitality industries, I have developed a unique set of both hard and soft skills, and a broad foundation which offers a new perspective.Biomedical Science has taught me strong analytical skills through the study of clinical data sets, which I later drew on and developed in a business capacity in Medical Sales; I used them to analyse sales data and create a territory plan with built-in functions that monitored performance, trends and opportunities. My International Masters and experience as both a medical Account Manager and hotel Guest Service Agent, have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and colleagues, to deliver a high level of customer service, and to solve problems creatively.
