Primary contract manager for a number of clients within Calian's growing national psychological assessment portfolio. Acting lead in identifying new business opportunities, innovations and efficiencies alongside the greater Calian team while also building strong relationships with our diverse partners and clients.

Management of business services, initiatives and value-add programs nation-wide to ensure that Primacy and our site operations team are fully prepared to meet the needs of our over 150 independent medical clinics and Loblaw Companies Limited. Ownership of maintaining and developing business relationships with existing and potential partners in order to enhance the Primacy brand while offering new and beneficial programs for our clinic operators.

Expanded role incorporating the duties of Facility Administrator while also taking ownership of larger-scale projects such as new builds, renovations and expansions of the national Primacy clinic network.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of over 50 Primacy locations in the Ontario region including customer relations, facilities maintenance, marketing and administration.Main point of contact in multi-level communication structure for Primacy operators, Loblaw Companies Limited, physicians & patients.

Provided comprehensive technical solutions for individual customers and small businesses. Utilized DiSC Personality assessments and training tools to increase sales floor team effectiveness while improving service at the store-wide level.

Incorporated high performance leadership techniques to motivate and guide a sales floor team on a day to day basis in order to maintain a consistently high level of customer service throughout a store with over $5 million in annual sales.
