She led bilingual technical initiatives enabling the state guard to locate and track critical goods in a sensitive, complex disconnected environment and assisted in facilitation between federal and local stakeholders in the Congressional recovery planning processAfter two years working in support of Puerto Rico's 'Build Back Better' plan post-Irma/Maria, she supported California Public Health projects before joining the New York City COVID Response and Recovery Effort in early 2020.
