- Majored in law and very familiar with China labor law and local regulations- 12 years of HR related working experience from MNC in employee relation, OD, recruiting, training area.- Proven skills of communication with senior leaderships and cross-functions- Strong logistical and time sense, well organized, detailed and resulted oriented - Proven capability of working under high pressure and willing to take additional challenges- Fluent verbal and written in English and Chinese, basic communication and written skill in Korean
