As an Agency Owner, I stepped into the role and impressively increased my book of business by 100% in the first year of opening. I have been awarded for a 233% increase in sales in just six months, and I continue to outperform my peers in producing life insurance policies. I continue to expand my network by serving as a trusted advisor in the community and hosting 60 events annually. In addition to establishing my agency, I direct and manage a four-person team to achieve operational goals, increase sales, and provide best-in-class customer service. I offered life insurance, long-term care, disability, mutual funds, and 529 plans. I educated clients on financial options and aid in helping them make sound recommendations to better their current financial status. As a Personal Banker and investment strategist, I was ranked #1 out of 40 branches for two consecutive years for sales and business development. I served as a business champion and was recognized in the top 10% quarterly and annually for business account growth. I was able to achieve such success by developing strategies to exceed branch goals, meet customer needs, and offer bank and investment services. To best serve customers and create new clients, I coached and trained bank representatives to identify customer opportunities and develop leads and referrals. I continued to work with existing clients and to reach out to prospective business customers in the community to offer beneficial and profitable investment services.

I took on increased responsibilities after being promoted to Personal Banker and began my career selling financial products and services to the bank’s clients. I assisted in various branch operations including deposits, loan applications, customer inquiries, and cross-selling products.

I was solely responsible for managing the front lobby and connecting customers with bankers and financial specialists to assist with needs. I ensured that all associates at the branch delivered best-in-class customer service. I provided on-the-spot training and coaching to staff to ensure we maintained a high level of customer satisfaction.
