I was transferred to the UK Headquarters to contribute to the Strategic Business Transformation Programme, which had a total budget exceeding £150 million. This initiative covered all aspects of O2C, P2P, and R2R in the Pharmaceutical Wholesale business division of the WBA Group.In that capacity, I had the honor of managing a highly talented and hardworking team from the UK, Spain, Poland, Russia, and Italy. Together, we successfully delivered two core components of the program: the integration of all applications and comprehensive data migration and management. The program's scope extended to several countries in Europe, with a priority on the Netherlands and Norway markets.

Convekta Ltd. positioned itself as one of the two global leaders in software development for professional chess players, providing online playing zone, databases, and cutting-edge chess engines with the support of a team of up to 30 employees.I joined the company at the invitation of the founder, leveraging my background as a former competitive chess player and my advanced skills in math and IT. As a team we crafted top-tier software products catering to both professional and amateur chess players. We achieved significant milestones, including the launch of groundbreaking initiatives such as the Chess in School program with a client-server architecture and the Online Chess World Cup featuring live broadcasts.This experience was immensely exciting, particularly noteworthy as it unfolded long before the advent of current video streaming portals and technologies.
