The second phase, Execute, is where we turn plans into action. In the third phase, Enhance, we scale the processes across your entire organization. Now that we have addressed your most immediate concerns, the fourth phase, Insights, looks at your long-term goals and what it would take to achieving them.Who I Work With?I can work with many different companies. Our flexibility comes from having a base price and performance based increases. The base is set at a cost that meets your budget. Tying a higher base to a lower performance increase and a lower base to a higher performance increase provides the flexibility.
