As technical lead on assigned projects, ensure adherence to the highest professional quality standards for software development while meeting all the project objectives. Serve as a significant contributor to internal technology solutions that result in increased company capabilities. Aid in scoping of projects and ensure that engineering scope, schedule and budget are accurate. Help facilitate the education and skill improvement of other AvatarLabs personnel by supporting in-house training. Participate in the creative process and provides conceptual interfaces that the creative group can use.

Lead front and backend engineering of projects. Platforms include both web and native OS executions. Active participant in brainstorms and conceptualizing ideas. Interface with clients acting as development representative for each project.
