Responsible for leading the Fund Accounting team in providing timely and accurate reporting to clients.Ensure clear internal controls over financial reporting are in place and are understood and adhered to by all team members.Manage relationships and contracts with external auditors and tax providers.Review client deliverables, including financial packages, capital calls, distributions, and ad-hoc client requests.Work with operations team to ensure optimal workflow and experience for clients while leveraging efficiencies across teams.Improve and automate processes to mitigate risk and increase efficiency and scalability.Lead Fund Accounting team’s implementation and utilization of new and/or improved technology solutions to advance efficiency and scalability goals and objectives. Work with consultants, operations and other teams to properly integrate technology across Broadstreet’s business processes.Ensure GAAP, IRS, NMTC, RIA, and SOC compliance in all processes and procedures.Proactively monitor and manage the capacity of the team with regard to staffing, systems and other resources.Maintain a proactive customer focus at all times, enhance current servicing levels, and deliver beyond client expectations.

Lead the Fund Accounting, Reporting and Client Relations objectives of the Fund Administration Team, ensuring the accurate, on-time reporting of all NMSC managed entities.Supervise, mentor and train a team consisting of Senior Fund Accounting Manager, Fund Accounting Managers, Senior Fund Accountants, and Fund Accountants.Monitor staffing levels, team workload, and the operational design of the team; make optimization suggestions as needed.Actively identify company and departmental process and system improvements and implementation of improvement initiatives.Work closely with internal teams to continuously assess and improve processes related to client onboarding, investment closing, application of accounting rules and concepts, report delivery, systems integration, and client relations.Always maintain a proactive customer focus, enhancing current service levels, and delivering beyond client expectations.

Responsible for producing quarterly net asset value packages (NAVs), annual financial statements including footnotes and investor capital statements for funds with over $2 billion of investor capital commitments.Review all investment and fund related journal entries (purchases, capital calls and distribution).Review bank reconciliations for cash accounts and update the client deliverable metric.Ensure capital transactions, management fees, profit and loss are allocated in accordance with the Limited Partners'​ Agreement (LPA).Assist/Support the client with special projects and manage end-to-end processing of deliverablesAct as a liaison between the client and underlying funds' representatives to investigate and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with various internal functional groups to support client relationships.Work closely with the auditors to support the completion of the audit process.Private equity Accounting, Review of Cash flows, Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, External audits.
