Facilitated the administration of our VOIP Asterisk PBX / TrixBox server and Polycom VOIP phones. To increase server reliability and uptime, the majority of the servers were shifted to a new datacenter. A 100Mb fiber line from the datacenter cabinet to the studio was also essential to ease network administration.Helped to manage and support HR, Marketing, and OPS departments. Located, employed, trained, and supervised network administrators, programmers, service desk specialists, artists, and interns. Managed and facilitated the entire company relocation process from Purmerend to Amsterdam. This included scouting for offices, designing new office floor plans, negotiating with relocation services, contractors, facility security providers, network infrastructure specialist and ISP’s. Supervised the facilities security systems; i.e. proximity cards / readers, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
