- Headed the RF Testing in all indoor site by Smart in North Luzon and provide recommendations to partners to improved service coverage based on the test results.- Successfully supervised the deployment of a Cell Site on wheels in several major festivals in North Luzon which greater capacity is needed. - Resolved several customer complaints by providing indoor solutions (femtocell /repeater, optimization of nearby site, etc.) which boost company quality of service.

- Earned the National Instruments CLD certification, in a span of 1.5 months, enhancing our company’s credibility and opening doors for more projects from National Instruments.- Conducted the CLD certification training for new onboard engineers, resulting in an impressive 80% pass rate.- Developed machine vision prototype to detect scratches on customer’s product.
