CurrentCurrently supporting FAA’s Airport Surveillance Radar 9 (ASR-9) and Mode S radars as the lead for the business case analysis in Phase 3 of the upgrade of the radars.Previously, as a Principal Analyst and Team Business and Cost Lead for the US Department of Defense:- Evaluated cost proposals and budget submissions, developed cost and schedule impact statements, conducted risk assessments and analyses, and developed fully documented independent Government Life Cycle Cost estimates for various projects- Managed software cost estimating in terms of research, metric development, lessons learned, policy, directives, best practices and methodologies, etc.- Measured contractor proposal cost realism- Supported technical studies and worked with the Contracts, Legal, and Technical departments in developing acquisition strategies- Managed people performing cost-benefit analyses, cost trade-off studies, monthly Earned Value Management (EVM), and developing LCC estimates- Developed and conducted relevant training sessions such as the EVM and program management- Evaluated the economics and viability of the different combinations of weapons and radar systems such as the US-Turkey Bilateral Agreement - Projects successfully undertaken included: Missile Defense, Global Telecommunication Network, TRANSCOM Regulating Command & Control Evacuation System, DD21 Gun System, Theater Medical Information Program and Marine’s Transition Switch Module
