As a Service Delivery Manager, I was responsible for the coordination and delivery of high quality service in a fast paced, customer oriented contact center. This involved (but was not limited to) providing feedback and coaching to a diverse group of Team Leaders, identifying process and service opportunities, establishing and driving goals related to productivity and customer satisfaction, and creating and managing projects related to delivery of the service.
