Office 365/Power BI Product creator and owner for this retail company, utilizing Scrum methodology for solution delivery. Manages 5 Office 365 team employees, and leads as the global tenant administrator. Responds to escalation tickets and drives all operations of the platform.● Redesigned and built TVI’s intranet with a consistent style guide, standards, and a management program for better usability. Created the Intranet Steering Committee with an executive sponsor to ensure success with the redesign. ● Developed Drive and On/Offshore models which reduced delivery costs by 40%, becoming the first team leader at TVI to successfully execute this project. ● Set engineering best practices, which increased productivity across all teams and allowed the corporate team to assign tasks, and used Power BI to track completion of key tasks for corporate and district/regional managers.● Developed and led training and events at Savers annual conference, including training for all district and regional managers.
