Elizabeth is a solicitor of England & Wales and an associate within Hill Dickinson’s London Marine Cargo & Logistics Team. She acts for a variety of commercial clients in the marine sector, including the London market and international marine insurers, recovery agents, third party claims handlers and logistical operators. Elizabeth advises on a wide range of matters arising out of the insurance and carriage of goods, by sea, air, road and rail, including warehouse liability. She regularly deals with a wide range of cargo and logistical disputes, including those arising from charterparties, bills of lading and commercial trade agreements. She deals with contentious matters in both international arbitration and the English High Court. Elizabeth also assists clients with non-contentious aspects of their work, advising upon and drafting standard terms and conditions and other logistical agreements.
