Responsibilities-Reviewing the project contract, BOQ and project specifications.-Planning and organizing the project activities as per the client’s requirements and within the timeline set on the contract.-Ensuring material submittals, technical data, samples, shop drawings and mock-ups on time for approvals.-Coordinating with technical, purchase and production departments to develop a practical method to run the project smoothly, as well to ensure the continuous delivery of materials to the site.-Reviewing cutting lists before production process as well the glass take off orders.-Requesting all required installation materials and surveyors from the projects department before the scheduled time to avoid any possible delay.- Coordinating with estimation and sales departments for variation orders and approvals.- Ensuring the project document register is maintained up to date.- Monitoring and controlling the project activities and ensuring quality of installation.- Following safety regulations on the site.- Keeping the project on schedule by tracking the efficiency and productivity of the assigned manpower.- Keeping track of sub-contractors progress.- Highlighting all the potential hazards to the management which might affect the project schedule.- Interface with the Client’s engineers for the project and ensuring that all reasonable requests are met.- Preparing Monthly progress reports, as well submitting monthly invoices to the main contractor and following up for payment.- Submitting IRs and handing over the project
