With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Kyambogo University, I have been working as a Senior Team Lead at Huawei and ZTE for the past Five years, overseeing the installation and commissioning of RF and microwave equipment for telecom projects across Uganda. In this role, I have led and trained teams of field engineers, managed project budgets and timelines, and ensured quality and safety standards. I have also built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering solutions that meet their needs and expectations.More so, I work as a CCTV technician at Treazer Investments (U) LTD where I help clients in system sizing and site planning, install the system according to the clients needs and also train them on how to use and maintain the system.Previously, I worked as a Field Engineer at Abbott Construction Limited for two years, where I gained valuable experience in RF hardware installation and commissioning for various clients. I have obtained multiple certifications in driver's license, first aid, and work at height, and I have developed skills in RF and microwave technology, project management, team leadership, and client relations. I am passionate about the telecom industry and its innovation and growth, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other professionals in the field. My goal is to contribute to the success of Huawei and ZTE, and to the development of the telecom sector in Uganda and beyond.
