Provide strategic communication counsel and tactical execution for C-suite executives and senior leaders for TriHealth, Cincinnati's fourth-largest employer.Lead the health system's physician communication strategy for 650+ physicians and clinical providers, focused on connection and engagement through aligned messaging.Collaborate with C-suite executives, senior administration leaders, physician leaders and agency partners on key messaging, strategies and tactics for comprehensive marketing communication plans for physicians and team members.Manage marketing onboarding process for newly acquired medical practices and newly hired physicians across TriHealth's system. Implement and execute physician networking events in collaboration with key executive leaders, physician leaders and community partners.Developed and implemented integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with corporate priorities for the TriHealth Orthopedic and Sports Institute.

Provided event planning and logistics services for up to 15 national education conferences for physicians annually. Conferences ranged in size and scope from single day events for 50 attendees to week-long events for 300 attendees.Created and executed customized targeted marketing plans for each event, to include print, digital, social media and direct mail marketing efforts.Developed and managed event budgets up to $250,000 per event. Negotiated contracts with 3rd party vendors (hotels, conference centers, caterers, AV) and led site inspection process efforts from RFP stage to final contract.

Provided marketing counsel and support for Chamber networking, education and awards programs, as well as marketing coordination for Oktoberfest, Taste of Cincinnati, Party in the Park and Union Centre Boulevard Bash.

Managed investor relation functions for the Cincinnati USA Partnership during the first two years of a five year fundraising campaign.

Provided customer service to Chamber members, including membership inquiries, membership retention calls, collection calls, event registration sales and on-site event staffing.
