· Develop supply chain & customer service strategy & plan, practices, processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) align with the Company’s business plan/· Build & optimize the existing set up to meet the government, regulatory, Corporate standards & Suppliers requirement in alignment with the business 5-year plan.· Manage logistics vendors/programs to ensure lowest costs & HSE requirements are achieved· Coordinates with local and global resources to execute sourcing plans.· Coordinates with cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers in the product development cycle.· Evaluates suppliers productivity and technology plans.· Develops and maintains systems to support sourcing information needs.· Work closely with sales, business development/marketing on new supplier/product launches and projects· Manages and trains a team of sourcing staff..Follow up for new products development activities (pointing out potential road block) according to Platform, Purchasing, Product Engineering, SC HQ .

Create weekly and monthly materials demand plan, production plan base client’s order and factory capacity; Lead the team members to execute the production plan and meet customer's demand； To prepare, release & analysis MPS; Maintain the ERP system; Recruit staff and provide training to the team member; Coordinate the work between team members Follow up & control from SMT、MI、assembly to shipment process. There are 700pcs employees & 6 pcs SMT lines & 6pcs MI lines & 5pcs assembly lines.The mainly products are HDD PCBA, E-Lock,Machine PCBA

Create weekly and monthly materials demand plan, production plan base client’s order and factory capacity. Follow up the production plan； Prepare analysis report like material shortage report, material status report.
