1. Establish, implement and improve company quality management system according to ISO9001 &ISO/TS16949 requirements, customer requirement and company strategy, acted as quality management system representative;2. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and practices, which ensure company product and service is in compliance with corporate directives and customer requirements;3. Cooperation with other department to overall manage new products development, process development and change management;4. Develop and implement product quality plan and its measurement or testing mechanism, IQC，IPQC，OQC and RA test lab daily operation management, responsible for all quality control process output;5. Manage customer complaint and concerns, make sure all the complaints and concerns permanently closed timely and qualitatively, overall improve customer satisfaction.6. Monitor material quality performance & supplier performance rating and driving supplier continuously improvement.7. Guide quality data analysis activities and responsible for overall quality improvement activity and program;8. Overall management of the Quality department, monitor department budget and cost control, and other job assigned by GM.

1. Building and maintain quality and green product management system to compliance with ISO/TS16949 and IECQ/QC080000 system requirement.2. Coduct and coordinate internal and external audits activity, and facilitate corrective and preventive action for audit finding.3. Promote and facilitate Six Sigma, QCC related continously improvement activities in company wide.4. Plan and execute mutil level quality related training in company wide.5. Calibration Lab and Document control center daily operation management.
