Current- Led a focused team of production assistants in proactive problem solving, multitasking under high pressure deadlines, and managing resources.- Worked under direct supervision of 1st AD to ensure set was in compliance of studio, location, and multi-union safety standards.- Created, maintained, and distributed individual and overall schedules for large groups of cast members, dancers, and stunt performers.- Worked collaboratively with adjacent departments to create and publish daily, weekly, and season-long schedules with sudden and frequent changes.- Liaised with executive producers, directors, and high profile cast members to organize and fulfill on-set needs, pre-production meetings, and transportation logistics.- Oversaw on-site hospitality for high-profile cast and executives, including transportation, meals, and per diem.- Fostered team building amongst cast, crew, and background actors to achieve dynamic deadlines.Collaborated with adjacent departments to incorporate each director's unique vision and standards into cast presentation.- Organized and led large-scale preparation efforts for cast, stunt performers, dancers, and background actors.- Supervised focused teams in maintaining momentum across simultaneous projects in line with greater production schedule.- Trained new and existing team members in a variety of responsibilities related to focused teams.
