About Edward Hanlon

Earth is finite, space is not. It is my goal to improve life on earth and build a future for humanity by researching and solving issues that currently hinder space exploration and human space travel. As a start, I formed a team of undergraduates to develop and fly satellite inspection robots, resulting in three spacecraft on-orbit in four years. Subsequently, I explored orbital engagement and evasion maneuvers, which led to a patent for a novel tactic to protect spacecraft from co-orbital threats. Currently, I solve complex Guidance, Navigation, and Control problems for space missions.
