CurrentLed transformational change and built leadership and organisational capability and culture at Europe’s largest climate innovation initiative, working with over 380 public and private sector partners across 26 countries to catalyse systemic change for climate action. • Established new internal learning team, core learning programme, leadership development and organisation-wide peer learning to build new organisation capability to deliver the new strategy and shift to working online • Co-lead of participative organisation change process, using human-centred design approach, including all-staff events for 250+and empowering design teams to develop new agile organization design and business model and to transform processes and management practices• Led design of capability framework, selection and assessment process and delivered 1:1 coaching for 150+ selected staff to support implementation of new organisation model
