• Lead and supervise the Core Network Team for all the Data Network related operations for NovoCom Ltd (AS 132267: IIG & ITC Operator in Bangladesh), NovoTel Ltd (AS 45268: IGW), InterCloud Ltd (AS 58923: Nationwide ISP & IPTSP) , NovoNIX (AS 63520: NIX) and Brilliant Public Cloud.• Supervision of any new service provision of NovoCom IIG, NovoCom ITC , NovoNix and InterCloud clients.• Handling of exceptional and escalated cases in operation.• Providing the necessary input for any new feasibility or tender to planning team for exceptional cases.• Planning for upgradation of NovoCom, InterCloud, NovoNix ,Cloud IP backbone for optimal performance and future expansion. #Working in different projects with Government Regulatory teams i.e. NTMC, DOT etc, assist them to understand NovoCom network for integrating their solution, and providing necessary documents.• Conducting different R&Ds in order to integrate any upgradation, or implementation of new technology and leading team to deploy those solutions. Conduct POCs to clients for new services.• Configuration and troubleshooting at the following devices: Cisco ASR 1013,Cisco ASR 1002-X, Cisco ME 3600X, Cisco ME 3400, Cisco Catalyst 3750,Cisco Catalyst 3560, Cisco Catalyst 4500,Cisco Firewall ASA 5585-X, Cisco ASR 9000 series, Cisco Nexus 9300, Cisco Nexus 3064-X, MicroTik CCR, Cisco ASR-920-12CZ-A, Cisco ASR-920-12SZ-IM, Cisco ASR-920-12CZ-A, D-Link switches, LevelOne L2/L3 switches, BDCOM Switches,Redback SmartEdge 400, Cisco 7600-X, Route Server (BIRD Routing daemon).• Preparing all the Government regulatory related documents and reports from IP core team.
