Barksdale School Portraits of New England is one of the family of brands owned by The Barksdale Group, the oldest school photography company in the country. The Barksdale family of brands serves over 1400 clients nationwide with offices located in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and California capturing over one million photographs each year. As the New England territory manager I was responsible for the planning and direction of operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals for the New England territory. I worked to execute long-term and short-term plans and directives as part of the Barksdale national brand by implementing judgement, vision, management, analytics, and leadership and together with the national sales and marketing team create materials and implement a comprehensive growth plan that supports the Barksdale goals.
