I get my kicks from helping others. In college, I worked as an IT student consultant and commuter advisor. After 4 years of helping staff and students, I knew I wanted a career where I could continue to use my technical and coaching skills to help others. After college, I used my passions for technology and helping others to provide application support to providers and billers at a leading Healthcare IT Company. My favorite hours at work were spent breaking down a complicated process so a user felt confident to take the next step on their own. I'm a self-proclaimed master of the "ah-ha" moment, the moment when everything "clicks" for the user or trainee. It's usually followed by a "you’re awesome!”or even a "I love you!" if the user is especially excited.
