I joined Subaru of Indiana Automotive during a period of immense growth and enjoyed working in the rapidly changing environment that allowed for process improvement and strategic redevelopment of past business practices. As an industrial engineer, I had two core roles in the production control department, labor reporting analyst and simulation analyst.Primary analyst for plant-wide labor reporting- Created daily, weekly and monthly reports to update management on the labor utilization of over 5,000 hourly associates- Performed daily data validation and data maintenance to ensure quality analysis- Analyzed and communicate monthly labor results in terms of man-hour per unit performance across numerous labor categories and cost accounts- Led training classes to improve data quality and understanding of reporting needs.
