The review included hardware, software, disaster recovery, IT staffing levels, connectivity and IT processes.The key deliverable of the review was a detailed report suitable for consumption by CFO, CEO and Board. The review provided prioritised recommendations and high level solutions for recommendations covering the next eighteen months.

This was a start up organisation and I was responsible for planning and implementing a National Customer Service Plan covering all smart card terminal logistics, call centre management, system requirements and field support for a national rollout of 10,000 smartcard terminals.

I commenced employment as a Customer Service Engineer, I was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 1991 and to Customer Service and Support Manager in 1993.My responsibilities included the management of all aspects of service operations. This entailed ensuring that all equipment was maintained and repaired to the highest standards. I was also responsible for the marketing and selling of a range of coin and note handling equipment.
