Global Media Agency.At the time of my joining, the business was in a state of flux, underperforming, with the loss of business and key talent in addition to a distant relationship with fellow European and International agencies that form the €10 billion IPG Mediabrands network. In 2015 I was appointed to the UK Executive Leadership of IPG Mediabrands UK & Ireland. To turn around the fortunes of the business, I led a Strategic Review that mapped out a 7-year Road to Success Plan to restore and enhance the reputation of the business and re-make it as an agency where key brands wanted to place their business and where key talent wanted to work. Developed a revamped management and operational structure to create an agile, nimble business with a “Can Do” culture and a radical approach to winning new business where members of the agency team were encouraged to be entrepreneurial. Results: • Between 2014 and 2021 … operating income increased by 375% with a thriving business growing from 19 to over 60 staff in a vibrant winning environment. • Under my leadership Ireland carved out an important role within the European Network and became an EMEA hub for Fitbit while also achieving local wins for BMW , Just Eat , Deliveroo and many more coveted clients . • Successfully implemented WFH strategy in 2020 maintaining key relationships with staff and clients while also growing the business.

Led the overhaul and re-development of The Irish Times sales product. This included the in-housing of the Digital Sales Department - an area that was previously outsourced. We created excitement in the market by creating bespoke Print and Digital Advertising solutions for our clients. These were often ground-breaking and the first of their kind in Ireland. During my 5 years in the role, market share grew through innovation, resilience and empowerment by enabling the sales team to create, sell and execute ideas which helped grow the newspaper’s share of revenue.
