Working within the Board of Directors to manage and develop the business.Instrumental in developing the Delta Impact sales value proposition into the electronics market place. Value added supply chain management services such as Kitting and Vendor Tail Management now account for 75% of our sales and bare PCBs 25%. We continue to thrive as a global solutions provider with exports now more than 25% of our sales.

Based in Hong Kong and providing direction and leadership across the Rebound Group’s Hong Kong / China division.Offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Suzhou currently generating annual sales of USD 12 million and expansion plans to grow to USD 20 million by 2020.The business unit has 3 major functions:1) Domestic sales for the Group in Hong Kong / China / Taiwan2) The Group’s APO (Asia Procurement Office) 3) Operations / Logistics hub for the Group’s business in the Asia region Domestic sales are currently the major contribution to our business and we plan to continue to deliver our valuable service to our existing and new customers in the territory to grow our businessFurther growth is planned both as the Group’s APO and Asia region hubKey functions of the role:- Create vision for the division and our growth strategy- Accountable for the deliverance our P&L budget - Lead the management team who are responsible for managing and developing our 30+ staff and delivering our business KPIs- Develop our sales and procurement strategies in the territory with the local management team- Work with other senior Directors across the Rebound Group to develop business with and through other divisions
