Assistant Director: ClockJack Productions, Phantoms by Firelight: Cyrkus Vampyr (September 2023 - November 2023)Immersive theater event held at Old Sturbridge Village in Massachusetts. Event ran for five weekends with approximately 1,500 ticket sales per show night. The event grounds featured seven stages, each with their own performance that looped four times per night. Acts included aerial stunts, dance, fire spinning, music, and written scenes.- Press coverage in “Broadway World” & “Everything Immersive.”- Responsible for developing the creative direction with the director as well as planning the logistics of execution.- Work with each performer individually to find out what they need on their stage and how its needs to be build for their act to ensure peak performance and safety. Maintain and manage stage throughout show run.- Direct the performances and develop each act into their final presentation form.- Stage manage on show nights to ensure quality control and performance schedule.- Music supervise the performances. Determine track list for each act along with director and performers.- Develop promotion plan with production company, ClockJack Productions, including social media, online advertising, email list, and billboards.- Work with the director and lighting professionals to design light stage lighting and event grounds lighting.- Work with audio professionals to establish sound system for all seven stages.
