• Responsible for the procurement of 456 stocked and 1126 ship direct products • Manage, develop, review and improve vendor relationships. Managing 16 approved global vendors. • Execute weekly purchasing plan in accordance with customer or forecasted requirements.• Coordinate weekly supplier assurance reviews to unsure demand and supply alignment.• Initiate expedites per MRP messaging or customer requests to ensure OTD target 95% maintained.• Ensure all PO commit dates are validated on SAP and correct any misalignments within 24hrs or creation.• Review weekly shipping schedules and ensure correct freight lanes are been used in accordance with logistic agreements or priority requests, DDP, FCA etc.• Action all NCI receipt discrepancies within 24hrs to ensure whse freight lanes remain open.• Resolve Goods Receipt or PO / Invoice discrepancies for Accounts Payable within metric.• Action all RMA / RTV issues within warranty agreements.• Support implementation for NPI, purchasing and EDI processes through SAP.

Role: Responsible for the overall management, procurement and planning of Field Replacement Units for the SUN Microsystems Re-manufacture Program and global packaging requirements.Specific Responsibilities:• Responsible for the procurement and planning of 700 part numbers equating to $2.5m quarterly revenue.• Assess and reconcile forecast data• Review and manage returns inventory in order to optimize asset recovery process• Source, negotiate and procure material to meet demand• Manage and measure vender performance to ensure on time delivery performance of 95%• Resolve delivery lead time issues, quality or documentation issues• Action Return to Vendor inventory promptly• Identify and development new vendor relations• Manage and control Inventory to meet business and strategic requirements• Schedule backlog or forecast requirements into production• Review and minimize backorder lead times• Interface with other departments and organisations to resolve customer, logistic, product or process issues.

Role: Responsible for the overall management and production planning of Digital Analog Converters products sold primary to large OEM accounts and, or their contract manufacturing partners.Specific Responsibilities:• Responsible for the procurement and planning of 2500 part numbers equating to $36m quarterly revenue.• Review and reconcile forecast data• Manage and control Inventory to meet business and strategic requirements• Review weekly inter plant production schedules, correct anomalies and highlight priorities to ensure a factory delivery performance of 97%• Ensure contract manufactures capacity utilization, efficiency and output targets are within agreed limits.• Identify and resolve capacity constraints• Monitor test yields, highlight trends and drive change when necessary• Respond promptly to global sale team queries or expedites regarding supply• Attend Customer escalation meetings and provide product, process data and recovery plan
