Currently managing over 200 employees in the US, India and Vietnam. My team and I have successfully delivered hundreds of system enhancements that has significantly reduced expenses in the BPS operations area and significantly increased application functionality for our internal and external customers. Highlights:=========• Technical Manager leading a team of IT professionals to create a Duck Creek P&C BPS Offering. Responsible with defining the “Production Ready” end-to-end solution.• Deployed the first Robotics (RPA) process within P&C BPS.• Led a team to deploy the first Web-based solution that allowed Agents to Quote/Rate/Bind a Worker’s Compensation policy. • Designed and developed numerous insurance subsystem enhancements for the BPO commercial and residential operations.• Designed several add-on applications utilizing the existing policy administration system.• Responsible for the maintaining the BPS production environment.• Responsible for technical support of the DXC product suite of POINT IN, Agency Link and Document Management.• Developed and deployed several third-party interfaces to be utilized by the DXC product suite.• Responsible for products written in .NET, Java and COBOL.• Responsible for new customer POINT, Agency Link and Document Management application implementations.• Responsible for managing all the BPS application technical staff.• Interface with Senior Management and C-level customers during all phases of system implementations.• Dramatically improved the Workers’ Compensation Bureau Reporting unit that now enjoys an “A” rating from NCCI for all our BPS customers.
