I have designed and worked on a number of rural development programmes and initiatives as a researcher, trainer and facilitator. I have also been involved in the design & delivery of funding programmes targetting social enterprise and rural economic development initiatives.I am currently part of the team delivering the regional Rural Network for the Rural Development Programme in Northern Ireland and co-ordinating an NPP funded initiative, RYE to encourage entrepreneurship among young people in rural and peripheral areas across NI, Finland, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland.
